As part of the Locdally Administered Federal Aid Program, LKB provided construction inspection services to Nassau County DPW for their roadway resurfacing program which included Phases 20, 24, 25, 32 and 33. These services consisted of the removal and replacement of deteriorated asphalt pavement, asphalt joint repair, adjustment of roadway appurtenances and asphalt milling and resurfacing. The projects also included new traffic pavement markings, maintenance and protection of traffic adhering to NYSDOT standards, curb replacement, traffic signal loop detector restoration and incidental work, as necessary.
