LKB Engineering assisted the client in various phases of the design and construction process including entitlements, permitting, estimating, site planning, risk assessment, design development, construction documentation preparation and review, value engineering, construction monitoring and construction administration.
This project was originally awarded to The Vertex Companies, LLC, transferred to LKB Engineering, PLLC in December 2024.
