The project consists of relocating the existing urgent care facility to a new location off Firehouse Road within the Village of Taos Ski Valley. The new facility and site are currently under construction with an estimated completion date of June 2023. This is a new ground-up, two story facility with a partial walk-out basement.
LKB Engineering was retained as the civil engineer for this project. The project consists of preparation of drainage design, site grading, utilities; coordination with the Architect; attending local coordination meetings with the design team; and responding to the building department plan review comments.
