Hotel Saint Bernard will be Taos Ski Valley’s only 5 star hotel when completed in 2024. LKB Engineering’s Civil Group has been engaged by Twining Development and Hart Howerton and Twinning, The project consists of a six-story building with four-stories of commercial, public spaces, guestrooms and suites, one-story of parking at grade and one-story receiving / back of house areas for a total of 148,900 square feet. The project will include 69 guestrooms and suites, restaurants, bars, a fitness studio, lounges, a spa and a lobby area. LKB Engineering is responsible for the design of the snow melt parking and drive areas, utilities, drainage and access to lift areas.
