The St. John Vianney Seminary Recreation Center Development (Rec Center) consists of an approximately 15,000 sq. ft. facility with requisite sidewalk and utilities located in the City & County of Denver (CCD). The existing site location for the Rec Center is mainly irrigated turf with a few trees and concrete sidewalk. LKB Engineering is engaged in providing grading and drainage improvements to accommodate the new addition, new sanitary sewer service, ADA accessibility upgrades, and retrofitting the existing drainage pond for the additional runoff produced by the Rec Center addition. LKB Engineering is also working with CCD to get approved permitting documents and will provide Construction Administration services which include site visits and observations, along with submittal reviews and field modifications.
