LKB Engineering performed Civil Engineering design of a 35-acre subdivision. The Wagons West subdivision was comprised of 131 duplex and townhome lots. LKB Engineering efforts included the Grading design for the site, the internal Road Development, access Road Widening & Turn Lane Design, Stormwater Conveyance and Detention Facility Design, Sanitary Sewer System design, and Water System plans. The hydrologic and hydraulic analysis was conducted to support the stormwater facility development.
